Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative functions including but not limit to the renewal of licenses, insurances & tenancy agreement and the maintenance of office equipment & vehicles etc.
- To perform / handle various project such as office renovation, office relocation, vendor management, review the administration policies, guidelines, SOP and working instructions etc.
- Prepare reports for management review
- Support the team for all aspects of projects, events and activities
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- Over 5 years’ of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills; High team work spirit, proactive, collaborative, independent and self-motivated
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowperPoint
