Our client is a top 20 UK School. The two-phase launch will include a full K12 school in prime locations in Hong Kong.  This will be done in collaboration with the UK mother school as its first flagship school in Asia, brining in the best global practices into early childhood education and beyond.

Responsible:

• Reporting directly to Stakeholders & Board Directors
• Oversees the school’s day to day operations and maintain high-quality image of the school
• Provide training to the admission team and teachers to maximize their professional relationship with parents
• Work closely with the marketing team, manage the budget and forecast the spending on the marketing and school’s expenditure
• Create an environment that fosters a culture of collaboration with all team members

Requirements:

• Honours degree form a well-respected university
• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
• National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) or equivalent
• Additional higher education qualifications e.g. MA or Med 
• At least 10 years’s successful teaching experience in the Early Year sector
• Experience in working in an international setting school is preferable
• Experience in leading, developing or teaching based in early childhood curriculum
• Loving kids, dynamic, with strong communication skill
