Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist daily operations of the food factory;
• Assist in on-the-job training to new staffs;
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure smooth work flow all the time;
• Identify possible operational risks and report to the Management;
• Perform regular checks and keep records;

Requirement:

• Diploma in manufacturing / food or related discipline;
• 3 years' or above working experience in Food Manufacturing Industry;
• Independent, self-motivated, flexible with strong communication skills;
• Good command in Cantonese and knowledge in English is a plus;
• Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays if required;
