Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general accounting duties including petty cash handling;
  • Provide administrative support for daily operations;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow;
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
     

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above with 2 years working experience
  • With experience in general accounting duties is an advantage;
  • Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly in Excel) and Chinese word processing;
  • Independent, well organized and good communication skills;
