Responsibilities:

• Update customers for renewal and promote new products or services
• Meet customers’ needs and expectations with professional customer service manner
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers

 Requirements:

• DSE or above
• Prior 1 year telemarketing experience is a plus
• Customer service oriented and sales-driven
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
