Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
- Direct and assist the team with timely and accurate daily inbound/ outbound service requests;
- Provide on-going coaching on team concerning quality, schedule, invoicing, billing
- Resolve moderately complex support-related issues for the customers, operations and CS team.
- Facilitate the cycle count process with operations and supervise inventory management for responsible customers
Requirement:
- DSE or above with at least 2 years of senior level in CS roles of take ownership and manage to deadlines
- Good customer services skills, and the ability to remain flexible and balance multiple priorities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
- Good numerical, Good written in English and Chinese
