Customer Service Representative - 9 hour per shift (9am-9pm), 5 days work per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries/orders and assist in shipment tracing
- Back up for support function in customer service department
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Relevant experience in hotline center is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good computer knowledge with solid experience in using Microsoft Excel
- Customer oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
