Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage daily warehouse operation, shipping and transportation arrangement
• Prepare and arrange operational, I/E and transportation documents/ reports
• Management of WMS and custom declaration
• Help follow up customers’ inquiries or complaints
• Worked with the departmental heads to enhance daily operation and distribution performance
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 or above educated
• 4 years or above relevant working experience, including 1 year supervisory experience
• Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible and independent
• Common knowledge of computer applications, like Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
• Immediately available is highly preferred
