Responsibilities 

  • Handle clients or business partners enquiries
  • Perform business admin duties and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Assistant to Sales Manager
  • Prepare seminar for Sales Manager
  • Assist on ad hoc jobs

Requirements 

  • Fluent in spoken & written Japanese
  • Applicant with N1 level of Japanese is also welcome
  • Living in Japan / Experience in working in Japan is an advantage
  • Willing to learn and hard working
  • Good servicing manner
  • Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development
  • Experience in customer service field is an advantage
