Responsibilities
- Handle clients or business partners enquiries
- Perform business admin duties and follow up on outstanding issues
- Assistant to Sales Manager
- Prepare seminar for Sales Manager
- Assist on ad hoc jobs
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken & written Japanese
- Applicant with N1 level of Japanese is also welcome
- Living in Japan / Experience in working in Japan is an advantage
- Willing to learn and hard working
- Good servicing manner
- Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development
- Experience in customer service field is an advantage
