Responsibilities:

• Support sales staff in customers' enquiries;

• Proceed sales orders;

• Arrange shipment and delivery of sales orders;

• Handle order-checking and color matching;

• Prepare documents and perform filing & copying;

• Liaise with customers when necessary.

 Requirements:

• DSE / A-Level or above, min. 1 year order follow-up experience in manufacturing industry;

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

• Well versed with PC applications like MS Words, Excel and Chinese WP;

• Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;

• Detail-minded, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;

• Customer-oriented and self-motivated characters are preferred.
