Helpdesk Engineer / IT Technician
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for software setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for after-sales service;
- Provide software training and on-site service to customers;
- Strong logical sense with good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Provide user training especially focus on human resource application;
- Develop good relationship with customers.
Requirements:
- School Certificate or Diploma in Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering;
- 2+ years of working experience in IT support;
- Experience in database migration is an advantage;
- Able to read, speak and write English and Chinese;
- Strong in troubleshooting, presentation and good communication skills;
- Be a good team player and able to learn and work independently under pressure;
- Immediately available is preferred.
