Helpdesk Engineer / Junior IT Support

Job Duties:

  • To provide technical support to end users
  • To maintain the operation of PC/LAN and computer systems of the department
  • To provide frontline use IT support and helpdesk support
  • To provide server health check, system tuning and data backup
  • To provide IT procurement support
  • To update and maintain inventory records of computer hardware and perform physical checks

 

Requirement:

  • Holder of Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Experience in PC LAN support and administer Window Server operating system
  • Familiar with commonly used WAN / LAN products (like Cisco routers / switches)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good telephone manner and have good communications skills
