Responsible:

• Review forecast with commercial teams and initiate purchase plan to maintain a healthy stock level
• Liaise with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery of orders and follow up with suppliers on quality/quantity issues
• Liaise with key stake-holders to ship products in a cost effective way
• Communicate with warehouse to ensure smooth process for shipment arrival and good utilization of warehousing space
• Work closely with Macau office to prepare stock transfer and full set of health certificate for shipment declaration
• Manage delivery to retail counters and place order to local suppliers
• Prepare stock count and month-end closing for retail counters
• Prepare full set of shipping documents for importation
• Handle Tradelink declaration
• Study MOQ, order lead time and shipping cost to calculate simulation cost for new suppliers
• Measure forecast accuracy and follow up with commercial teams
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Over 5 years relevant work experience in FMCG or Food Industry
• Experience in handle over 1,000 SKU is a must~!
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong computer skills and knowledge, including advanced capability in Microsoft Excel, ERP and Microsoft Access database are required. The ideal candidate should have the ability to perform advanced Excel techniques for statistical analysis and reporting required.
• Freight, consolidating and scheduling shipment and also conducting freight expense analysis
• Handle ordering process with multiple suppliers and products from multiple countries
