Job Responsibilities: 

• Cooperate with Japan Merchandising team to purchase and merchandise Category products in accordance to Company's standard and guidelines  
• Develop new menu and make necessary improvement and evaluation in current menu
• Develop training procedure and train new & existing team staff
• Evaluate existing standard operation procedures in Kitchen area
• Proactively supports any promotional activity within the store and contributes to an effective working environment 

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years’ work experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficiency in Japanese / JLPT - N1 level required and good English in both written and verbal communication, basic knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage.
• Strong merchandising skills with the ability to drive business through creativity and extensive product knowledge 
• Strong knowledge and skill sets in Japanese cuisine 
• Strong ability and experience to develop new dishes and design menus
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
• Shift duty is required
