Responsibilities:

• Monitor the site daily project status & all procedures comply with statutory/contract requirements
• Communicate closely with clients & internal parties for smooth running of projects
• Responsible for tender submission, E&M CAD Drawings and proposal preparation
• Explore / promote our services & products to the potential customers

 Requirements:

• University graduate in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• At least 4 years’ MVAC & EL related experience is required
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Independent, self-motivated, creative individual with good interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese & English 
• Experience in construction of Chiller plant is preferred
