Responsibilities:

• Provide professional advice & quality services to customers in motor leasing
• Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently
• Assist to implement the promotion plans
• Provide administrative and clerical support

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the customer service or related industry
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in customer relationship management
• Fresh graduates may also be considered
