Senior Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and assist the team with timely and accurate daily outbound service requests;
  • Resolve moderately complex support-related issues for the customers, operations and CS team.
  • Facilitate the cycle count process with operations and supervise inventory management for responsible customers

Requirement:

  • DSE or above with at least 2 years of senior level in CS roles of  take ownership and manage to deadlines
  • Good customer services skills, and the ability to remain flexible and balance multiple priorities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Good numerical, Good written in English and Chinese
