Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer (N2 or above)

Job Responsibilities 

  • Perform sales support duties to Japanese sales team and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Assistant to Sales team as Customer Service support 
  • Assist Sales Team for seasonal seminar preparation
  • Assist on ad hoc jobs


Requirements 

  • Fluent in spoken & written Japanese (N2 or above is a must)
  • Living in Japan / Experience in working in Japan is an advantage
  • Willing to learn and hard working
  • Good Business Client servicing manner
  • Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development
  • Experience in customer service field is an advantage
