Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer (N2 or above)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform sales support duties to Japanese sales team and follow up on outstanding issues
- Assistant to Sales team as Customer Service support
- Assist Sales Team for seasonal seminar preparation
- Assist on ad hoc jobs
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken & written Japanese (N2 or above is a must)
- Living in Japan / Experience in working in Japan is an advantage
- Willing to learn and hard working
- Good Business Client servicing manner
- Patient, self-motived, passionate for better career development
- Experience in customer service field is an advantage
