Senior Administration Office

 Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative functions including but not limit to the renewal of licenses, insurances & tenancy agreement and the maintenance of office equipment & vehicles etc.
  • To supervise Amahs and Receptionist to ensure the service level of front-line service and support the reception desk when necessary  
  • To perform / handle various project such as office renovation, office relocation, vendor management, review the administration policies, guidelines, SOP and working instructions etc.      
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Support the team for all aspects of projects, events and activities
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:
 

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Over 8 years’ of relevant experience, 2 years or above of which has relevant experience in supervisory role
  • Good interpersonal skills; High team work spirit, proactive, collaborative, independent and self-motivated
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowperPoint
