Customer Service Representative - 9 hour per shift (9am-9pm), 5 days work per week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries/orders and assist in shipment tracing 
  • Back up for support function in customer service department

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Relevant experience in hotline center is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good computer knowledge with solid experience in using Microsoft Excel
  • Customer oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
