IT Support / Deskside Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Support & configuration of software & hardware equipments (desktop, laptop, printer, mobile devices, etc.)

- Provide helpdesk support to in house users

- Keep track the case status and make escalation to vendor/related parties whenever applicable

- Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary

- Assist supervisor/manager for project management



Requirements :

- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above

-  2  years of experience in a technical support role (Fresh graduates will be considered)

- Experience in service technical support and trouble shooting will be advantage

- Ability to work independently
