HR & Administration Officer

Our client is one of the market leading importer and distributor of food products with growing global presence

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain leave management/personal files and leave entitlement record 
  • Assist department/section head in recruitment process. Provide briefing and coordinate orientations if needed for new employees
  • Handle medical claims/enrolment
  • Handle the calculation on monthly bonus/promotor salary
  • Assist in annual staff appraisal, probation and other HR duties
  • Provide full spectrum of office administration duties including procurement of office equipment and supplies, name card and stationary order, repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures etc
  • Coordinate and negotiate with external parties, including building management office, service contractors and supplies
  • Ad hoc HR & Administration related project as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR/Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years all round administration experience in medium size multinationals of FMCG business
  • With knowledge of Labour Law/regulations in Hong Kong and Macau is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, responsible and good time management
  • Good interpersonal skills and can work independently with analytical thinking
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
