Helpdesk Engineer / IT Technician

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for software setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for after-sales service;
  • Provide software training and on-site service to customers; 
  • Strong logical sense with good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Provide user training especially focus on human resource application;
  • Develop good relationship with customers.

 Requirements: 

  • School Certificate or Diploma in Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering;
  • 2+ years of working experience in IT support;
  • Experience in database migration is an advantage;
  • Able to read, speak and write English and Chinese;
  • Strong in troubleshooting, presentation and good communication skills;
  • Be a good team player and able to learn and work independently under pressure;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
