Purchasing Assistant / Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities
• Responsible for sales orders fulfillment
• Handle incoming inquiries from Phone, Email and e-commerce platform
• Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality
• Work closely with both commercial teams and logistic team to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers

Requirements
• Over 3-4 year’s sales order support experience (sizable online shop experience is a plus~!)
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• A good team player and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent service manner, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
